Supreme Court may hear NSA surveillance case early next year

The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has been challenging the NSA’s ability to tap the backbone of the internet as unconstitutional.

Vice News is reporting that: ” the NSA will be filing its statement of defence in the next month, with oral arguments beginning shortly thereafter. If the case continues at its current pace, a decision is expected by next year.”

This has the potential to substantially change the direction of NSA aff’s and make link uniqueness difficult for the negative
